I would like to introduce myself, Michael Leyden State Membership Director for the great State of New Jersey. 

Coming off two very strong membership years, the State Membership Team, comprised of brothers just like you from all five dioceses, is ready to serve you. As Council and District leaders, we recognize that it is through your effort, engagement, and enthusiasm that our order grows. We are here to help!

As was presented at the DD and GK Orientation meeting, our Jurisdiction (State) membership intake goal is 2420 which equates to bringing in just under seven (7) new members per day. For your Council and District membership intake goals, they are now available when you log in to the Supreme website. Review them and integrate membership into your council's planning. Important considerations for the month of July include - holding a CUF degree to move Online Members onto your council roster, getting credit for recruiting done last Columbian Year (2024-2025) to apply to 2025-2026. Remember, including Membership in your District and Council meetings is key. What events are coming up in your parish, local community, etc. that can translate into recruiting opportunities?

You will find items that require immediate action, in the current month of July, as well as looking out 60 days to organize for August, and a 90-day projection important items for recruiting success in September.
