Hi. I hope you all had a great Memorial Day weekend. As per prior emails, you should be aware of the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage occurring this year, where NJ is one of the scheduled stops for the pilgrimage. The National Eucharistic Pilgrimage will go through Northern NJ on June 14-15, 2026, in the Paterson Diocese.
Bishop Kevin Sweeney has formally requested the Knights of Columbus help in this event. We need volunteers to usher for the Mass at Boverini Stadium in Passaic as well as direct the procession as Marshalls to keep the crowds moving on the right route. The same will be needed the following day in Paterson, at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist.
Please volunteer your time on Sunday June 14th, 5 PM, starting at Holy Rosary Church in Passaic, and proceeding down to Boverini Stadium for Mass with Bishop Sweeney; and also on Monday, June 15th, 5:30 PM, at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Paterson.

I have attached a schedule for the pilgrimage to this email to provide insight as to where to go to attend all the pilgrimage has to offer. CLICK HERE to download the schedule.
This is “a call to build unity through prayer, and to let Jesus, present in the Eucharist, renew and heal the heart of our country, one soul at a time.” – National Eucharistic Pilgrimage website.
Thanks for all you do in the name of the Knights of Columbus.
Keep the Faith,
James P Sweeney State Deputy NJ State Council, Knights of Columbus [email protected]
